Stacker Hose

Long Length Heavy Duty Water Hose or “Stacker Hose” is used thought the iron ore & coal industries for the supply of water for dust suppression. The hoses are produced with a reconstructed molded joint so there is a continual uninterrupted hose with no couplings or metal fitting to interrupt the flow of the hose through the rollers.The hose is manufactured in 51mm, 63mm & 80mm NB and supplied with either a standard BSP fitting or to customers requirement. To date the longest hose manufactured measured 63mmNB x 1435mtr in the one length. All hoses once complete are hydrostatic tested and measured to ensure they adhere to the 1% elongation and radial deformation certificates.
