Win United recently successfully supplied and installed a complete hose and fitting package for a large mine de-watering project. We were selected over our competitors to supply this project due to the high quality requirements that had to be met for this site. Our onsite fabrication team manufactured all the 316SS flanged hose tails and then the team was fully involved with the assembly of these 50+ hoses. As these 6″ (150mm) hoses were going to be running at peaks of 150psi the clamping procedure and clamps selection was paramount in ensuring they would exceed the work pressure and not fail. Ludecke double bolt clamps were used due to there proven track record of reliability of  quality hose retention.
